WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, Cartes Bancaires, JCB, Maestro and Apple Pay.
WHAT TYPE OF WAX ARE YOUR CANDLES MADE FROM?
We use a premium natural wax blend made up of rapeseed, soy, coconut and a small amount of beeswax.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN FRIENDLY?
Not entirely. Our candles are produced using a natural wax blend made up of rapeseed, soy, coconut and a small amount of beeswax. The beeswax is harvested responsibly - the queens do not have their wings clipped, only the surplus is taken and no bees are harmed in the harvesting process. The colony are also free to leave whenever they choose. We plan to introduce a vegan friendly range and are in the process of testing vegan friendly waxes.

All of our fragrance oils, containers, labels and other materials are vegan friendly.
IS YOUR WAX FROM SUSTAINABLE SOURCES?
The soy we use in our wax is sourced from long standing sustainable and approved agricultural land in the USA and does not contribute to deforestation.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our returns policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition and in the original packaging.

RETURNS PROCESS
​
To return an item, please email our customer service team at contact@thebarncandlecompany.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, along with your RMA number and your proof of purchase, then mail the item to us at:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method of return and obtain proof of postage.

REFUNDS
​
Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow 7 days from the receipt of your returned item to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS
​
Although we make every effort to protect our candles in transit, occasionally damage can occur. Please email us with photos of the damaged product and packaging and we will happily offer you either an exchange or a full refund.
